a lovely stay!

helpful staff spacious balcony

The staff was really helpful! the location was perfect as it was close to the beach and many restaurants. the rooms were spacious and clean. I especially liked the big balcony, perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation.

The lifts were quite slow. Waiting times were long during peak hours, especially with families and luggage. it caused some frustration when trying to get to higher floors.

Reception staff provided excellent help with directions and local information. They always seemed ready to assist. housekeeping kept the rooms very clean, changing towels and linens regularly . they were professional and friendly.

the apartment has a spacious balcony with a pool view. the air conditioning works very well, maintaining a cool temperature throughout. housekeeping kept everything clean.

the bar food was amazing!!! the kitchen area looked clean. bar staff are lovely and very helpful, providing fast and efficient service. there were many choices for meals.

EXCELLENT stay near the beach!

beach location helpful staff early check-in

The location IS fantastic. It's only a short walk to the beach and several supermarkets. Many restaurants ARE also nearby. I appreciated the early check-in option. It allowed us to settle in quickly. The staff WAS very helpful. They answered all our questions.

The indoor pool area looked a LITTLE tired.

The hotel features three swimming pools INCLUDING one indoor and two outdoor options. One outdoor pool is near a kid's club and has a playground. The main pool IS surrounded by trees THAT are home to two red squirrels.

the apartment was good i found the staff helpful and friendly the pool had many loungers available so i could always relax there were supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel making it easy to get supplies and meals

the air conditioning was not as effective as i expected

the location has convenient access to the beach i walked there in less than ten minutes there are transport links nearby making it easy to explore other areas i saw taxi ranks and bus stops close to the hotel.
